***NEW*** Notes to the membership

There are changes to the year-end award criteria this year. They are as follows,

1. You need to get 2 of your year-end schooling scores from 2 different CDCTA schooling shows to be eligible for a year-end Schooling show award.

2. You need to have a score from the CDCTA recognized dressage show to be eligible for a CDCTA recognized dressage year-end award.

CDCTA has affiliated with The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P.) for 2014 to offer high point ribbons. More details coming soon.
Only Thoroughbreds that have been registered with The Jockey Club or a foreign Thoroughbred stud book recognized by The Jockey Club are eligible to participate in T.I.P. classes and awards

Riders and owners should obtain a T.I.P number for all horse/rider combinations. T.I.P. number applications are done online at www.tjctip.com. T.I.P. Numbers must be provided to the horse show. Please submit a copy of the hard copy form with your entry. You only need to submit the TIP form once. Please write ‘TIP’ in the upper right hand corner of all entries.

Please note, the volunteer voucher program has been suspended for 2014. Any voucher that were issued in 2013 will be honored. We still have lots of benefits to those who generously give their time to support the club. An update will be coming shortly once we finalize the details.
