***NEW*** Notes from the Board (October)

At the time of this writing the final preparations are taking place for our final Schooling show of the season and the Recognized Dressage show the very next day. The weekend of Oct 4th had a chance to do any volunteering yet this year this weekend would be the perfect time.

The board of CDCTA would like to welcome and thank member Liz Krajewski for volunteering to do the newsletter next year. We would also like to sincerely thank Karen Norton for all of her time that she has tirelessly devoted to the newsletter over the years.

We are still in need of a Vice- President for next year and for a few more managers for the shows.

Thanks for your time

There are changes to the year-end award criteria this year. They are as follows,

1. You need to get 2 of your year-end schooling scores from 2 different CDCTA schooling shows to be eligible for a year-end Schooling show award.

2. You need to have a score from the CDCTA recognized dressage show to be eligible for a CDCTA recognized dressage year-end award.

CDCTA has affiliated with The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P.) for 2014 to offer high point ribbons. Click here for details.

Please note, the volunteer voucher program has been suspended for 2014. Any voucher that were issued in 2013 will be honored. We still have lots of benefits to those who generously give their time to support the club. An update will be coming shortly once we finalize the details.
